Small Group Coaching
Work in a group of 3-5 athletes who are experiencing challenges in their sports as well. Work together to develop creative solutions with guidance from your mental strength coach to focus on specific mental skills that apply to all sports and performances*

One-on-one sessions for Coaches
Coaches have the difficult challenge of pushing their athletes to be successful in competition and motivate them to continue playing. There may be times where you feel your players aren't prepared for practices or games, they struggle with staying focused, or you have parents making your job even more challenging.
One-on-one coaching can help you identify what you truly want to get out of being a coach, hone your skills of motivation, trust, and performance standards with tools backed by sport psychology research. Group Workshops
Group workshops are a great way to learn about mental strength skills as a team or organization and then apply them individually. With each workshop created for specifically for each group no two workshops will be the same. Every workshop will include games and mental strength tools that will engage your athletes and encourage the use of mental strength tools in their practices and competitions. One-on-one sessions

Schedule your free 15 min consultation where we discuss your goals and what kind of mental strength coaching will benefit you the most

Next you will receive a confidentiality agreement and teleconsulting waiver. ​Payment is expected with the return of the confidentiality agreement.

If you are a parent of a youth athlete you will receive the confidentiality agreement and the teleconsulting waiver and your child will receive a youth assent form.​

Once we begin our sessions I will check in with you each week, whether that be with a scheduled session or through text, to see how progress towards your goals and implication of mental strength tools is going.

You are welcome to reach out to me with any questions, concerns, or successes regarding your mental strength plan​, and I will get back to you within 12 hours.

You may continue to work on your mental strength after we have resolved any initial challenges you were experiencing. By learning new tools you will be better able to meet new obstacles and overcome them easier than before.

I will reach out one month after we have concluded working together to check in and see how your season or off season is going and if you are making progress towards your goals. You are always welcome to reach out to me as well to tell me about your wins, or schedule another session incase you need a refresh on your mental skills.

Get placed in a group of athletes with similar challenges and availability

Next you will receive a confidentiality agreement and teleconsulting waiver. ​Payment is expected with the return of the confidentiality agreement.

If you are a parent of a youth athlete you will receive the confidentiality agreement and the teleconsulting waiver and your child will receive a youth assent form.​

All sessions will be 60 minutes and will be at the same time every OTHER week. The first session will have individual introduction and a short discussion about the main challenges being faced by athletes in the group and a short intervention at the end that athletes can start using immediately. After the initial session all sessions will be focused on learning a new mental skill and how to implement it into practice and competitions.
Comments about timeline, progress, and effort

Most clients begin to see progress being made towards their mental strength goals within 3-5 sessions. Some see immediate improvement while others take a bit more fine tuning to see changes. Other clients don't have any mental challenges currently, but want to learn the tools a mental strength coach teaches to prevent or prepare for the potential mental challenges that may come in the future

There is no one size fits all when it comes to mental strength coaching, which means it is customizable to each individual and can be beneficial in many different situations. Sometimes athletes need a place to talk about how they are feeling on their team, and others need a specific tool to help them process the current challenges.

The amount of effort you put towards implementing and practicing your mental tools relates to making progress towards your mental strength goals and overcoming challenges.
